Too many people believe the internet has all the answers they need. They read an article, trust it, and wonder why they’re still stuck. The food industry is brilliant at luring people into buying their products, and most weight loss books are written with one goal: to sell books.

I’m not selling a lifestyle. I’m sharing what actually works.

I’ve spent 46 years in the field of food, nutrition, and exercise. I’ve watched program after program promise results and deliver disappointment. I’ve also lived it myself.
