You’re looking for results overnight. You believe your situation is so unique that nothing could possibly work for you. Or you’re not ready to walk consistently, because movement is non-negotiable.
I call it Excuse Abuse. I’ve seen it for 46 years. And I say it with total compassion because I understand how hard this is. But if you’re not ready to commit, no approach in the world will work.
